How to become a member

1. Send an official letter addressed to the Secretaría General de AHCIET, Mr. Francisco Gómez-Alamillo, stating your official request for membership – see sample letter -, tel: +34 91 510 4425, fax: +34 519 5192, e-Mail: fgomez@ahciet.es
   
   
2. We will notify the member companies of the membership application.
   
   
3. We will send out a reply in the following 15 days
   
   
4. For that moment on, you are a NEW MEMBER of AHCIET.

Rights and obligations of members

Associates

• Right to participate and vote at the General Assembly and at the specific meetings they wish to attend.
  
  
• Participate in the election of the Board of Directors and be elected as member of the Board.
  
  
• Be part of the Permanent Commissions and special Work Groups.
  
  
• Propose common positions before international organizations, via AHCIET.
  
  
• Participate in seminars, fora, commissions, studies and other activities organized or coordinated by AHCIET.
  
  
• ACTIVITIES: They will receive 2 fellowships a year: transfer and lodgings.
  
  
• PUBLICATIONS: Right to receive 2 copies of all the publications edited by the Association. Right to 1 copy of the Strategic Reports. They will receive for free the news bulletin from our website.
  
  
• AHCIET website: Password to check our data base and access to the electronic publications.
  
  
• TRAINING: They may receive courses (in attendance or on-line) organized by the Association at a reduced rate. Participation in the e-Fora of the Association.
  
  
• FEES: Will depend on the annual gross income of the company.
  
  
  • If the annual gross income is superior to US$ 500 million, the annual fee would be US$ 60.000,-
  • If the annual gross income is inferior to US$ 500 million, the annual fee would be US$ 40.000,-
    

ADJOINING

• Right to participate with no vote at the General Assembly and at the specific meetings they wish to attend.
  
  
• Propose common positions before international organizations, via AHCIET.
  
  
• Participate in seminars, fora, commissions, studies and other activities organized or coordinated by AHCIET.
  
  
• ACTIVITIES: They will receive 1 fellowship a year: transfer and lodgings.
  
  
• PUBLICATIONS: Right to receive 1 copy of all the publications edited by the Association. Discount of 5% on the Strategic Reports. They will receive for free the news bulletin from our website.
  
  
• AHCIET website: 25 passwords to check our data base and access to the electronic publications.
  
  
• TRAINING: They may receive courses (in attendance or on-line) organized by the Association at a reduced rate. Participation in the e-Fora of the Association.
  
  
• FEES: US$ 20.000,-
  
  

OBSERVERS
